What Home Means To Me
To me, home is a feeling of comfort and safety. It’s a place where I can be alone if I feel the need, and somewhere that I can be surrounded by the things I love.
Let’s talk about my house. My house has my bedroom, which I got to decorate how I wanted, it’s also the place that I can go when I want to be alone. My house has all of my animals; a place doesn’t feel like home to me if I’m not able to hear my cats meowing or my chickens clucking. My house is in a place that I feel comfortable calling home. It’s in the countryside, so it’s nice and quiet and doesn’t have the worries of the bustling city. It’s also close to a small town, so you don’t have to drive far if you need to buy something.
Home has a different meaning to everyone, but this is what home means to me.
