What Does Home Mean to Me?

To me home isn’t just 4 walls and a roof, it’s the love in those walls. Home is where love comes through the most. Home is my safe place to talk, laugh, cry, and just be there for my family. Home isn’t just a building for me to live in. Home is a place with my family. I am lucky to have a roof over my head, a bed to sleep in, and food on my plate. Lots of people don't have that privilege so I'm happy I do. At home lots of people have pets that comfort them, even me! I think pets add to the excitement of my home and make it bigger and stronger. The delicious aromas of food coming from the kitchen smell amazing! The kitchen makes memories of cooking my first meal and trying a new food I've never had before! Family board games are a way to connect, laugh, and just have a good time! Monopoly, Uno, Connect 4, Sorry, Go fish, and many more are all the same if me and my family are having fun. These are all the reasons why home means a lot to me.
