The Meaning of Home

Home is very special to me. Home is filled with laughter and joy. It protects me from wild storms. It has my parents to take care of me and to take their time to feed me and help me. Home is very comfortable and warm plus cozy. Home is not just a house it’s also a feeling! It keeps all my laughter, joy, sadness, happiness, and all my other feelings! Every time I have a rough day at school, home cheers me up with everything I need to cheer me up. My siblings make me so happy there and they are also happy to see me as well. Home provides food, water, furniture and lots more! But I love that it provides a soft cozy warm fluffy bed. I like that it has a huge blanket bigger than the bed! I also love that it has a comfortable couch; a huge couch where my family has a movie night where we eat chips, drink hot chocolate and snuggle together. Home provides a TV so you can watch your favorite shows and not be bored when you come from school. But imagine being stuck in the middle of winter with no supplies. I don’t like that homes are so expensive. Everyone needs a home to survive. I love that people all around the world are helping others who need homes. A home could change a hopeless life. I think everyone deserves a lovely, warm, safe and precious home.
