What a Home Means to Me versus What a House Means to Me

Home is an area, built with love and filled with joy. But a house is built with bricks and filled with furniture. Whenever I walk in, my guardians’ food’s smell fills the air and makes my stomach growl. However, a house smells bland and unassuming. My home is always filled with family laughing, crying, and arguments, but a house is pin drop silent at most times. A home can be anywhere, a street, a house, an apartment, and more. Contrary,a house is just a detached building. Homes are filled with many memories such as time spent with family, achievements, and more. A house is just a building that can’t hold memories as good as a home. A home is welcoming and will make you feel like your heart is warmed. On the other hand, a house can never make your heart feel warm. There is such a big difference between home and house, and many people don’t notice it.
