What Home Means To Me
Home means my stuffies on my bed waiting for me to come and cuddle with them at night. Home feels cozy when we go on our couch and watch something while the fireplace is keeping us warm. In my home I see and feel safety, laughter, love, kindness, and joyfulness. Home smells like fresh muffins out of the oven. I always love when I bake cookies with my mom (I like eating those cookies right away). Also, I’m glad I have food to eat, so I can get energy to play outside. I’m glad I have board games to play, so I can have lots of fun. I don’t like going to school on Monday, because I love staying at home. If I’m ever on a holiday, I’m always excited to come back, because home is the place to be.
Some people do not have houses. I can’t imagine what it would be like without a house. I hope Habitat for Humanity can get enough donations to build many more houses for people to live in.
