A House is Not a Home

The meaning of home for me is a calm place for me and my family. It is a place that can provide me and my loved ones safety. A house is a shelter like a home but doesn’t have the memories of a home for me. Home is a house but a house is not a home. A home is a place I can make memories that will last a lifetime. Home for me is a place built with family and memories. I hope you have learned what I feel like a home is to me and I wonder what you feel a home is to you.
