My Home is My Room

For me home is not my house, it’s my room. In my room, my favourite things are my bookshelf and my bed. My bookshelf makes me feel at home because all my favourite books are there. Most of my books are my brother’s old books. When I see my bookshelf I feel safe and peaceful. My bookshelf isn’t anything fancy or old but it holds all my books and brings me joy. My bed makes me feel at home because I like doing things I love in it like reading, crocheting, thinking, and sleeping. I used to have to share a bed with my little sister so I am grateful for my own bed. My bed doesn't have a head rest or a cool frame but I still love it. My home is not my house, it’s my room.
