Meanings of Home

The meaning of home is not the house, it's the people you meet along the way. Home to me is my family. Sometimes we argue but we always make it up after words. We play board games together, it always makes me laugh.we go on walks together in the beautiful weather. That is what home means to me. Home to me is my dog. He is always there when I need him. Everyday when I come back from school he's waiting there with a toy in his mouth. I love it when he sits beside me and I give him belly rubs. Every time he lays down on his back his two front teeth always show. That is what home means to me. Home to me is my friends. My friends come over and play mini sticks. We always build snow forts in the winter. We go to the pool in the summer. We always want to be on the same team whether it’s soccer or gym. We go to their house and play street hockey. That is what home means to me. Home to me is my cousins. When I play with my cousins we play football in their backyard. We also make bases in their basement. Sometimes we go to the gas station and get snacks. When my cousin comes here we try to pull all nighters. That is what home means to me.
