My Home

My home is a very special place to me. It has a lot of stuff that some people don't have like a hot tub, 2 floors, a big kitchen where everyone talks to each other and 3 bedrooms. These are things that make me feel lucky. And it's not just the stuff, it's the people and pets too! Like my dog, she is always the first thing I see when I get home from school and I run to pet her. My mom always says hi to me right when I get home. My brother always talks to me and my dad is always there to talk to. These are the people that make me feel safe. It's also the sounds and smells, the sound of the humming of the hot tub, the sound and smell of my mom cooking. These are things that make me feel grateful. I love just playing my guitar when I don't have anything else to do. My favourite place to do that is in the basement. I have a chair near the middle of the basement. I have a piano off to the side and I have a Mona Lisa Lego set that I made and it sits on top of a tv. So this is what my home looks like, feels like, sounds and smells like. This is why it is so important to me to have my home.
