The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home is freshly baked goods coming straight out of the oven, pots crashing together and burning pine candles. The meaning of home is to feel safe and to be yourself and to dance like no one is watching. I hear my brother screaming at his video game and my dog snoring. I feel a comfortable warm fluffy blanket. When I get home, I feel like all my worries go away. I can taste spicy chili being made by my mom and tacos just being set to the table. I hear the laundry machine washing our clothes and our loud dryer. Home is special place because it brings everyone together as a family.
