What is “home”?
Home means something different to each person. A home is yours, a place where you feel comfortable. To me, home is a place that makes you feel safe, loved, comfort, and has your family. That is what I think home means.
A home should be safe. You should feel protected there, like nothing bad is going to happen. Not everybody has that feeling of a safe home, and everyone, especially children, deserve to feel safe at home. Having a safe home makes a hard day easier, knowing you are going home to your safe place.
Home should also be a place where you feel loved. Feeling loved makes you feel encouraged, and this makes you able to do hard things. It is special to feel that feeling, and everyone needs to feel loved to meet their goals. If you do not feel loved at home, you will not feel loved elsewhere.
Another important part of a home is feeling comfort. A safe space with all your special things makes you feel cozy and comfortable. A comfortable place lets you be yourself without worrying about what anyone else thinks.
Home is a place that is all about family. Home is a place to gather with family and friends, and that brings happiness and joy. Being with others makes us feel happier, protected, and loved.
Home is more than just a house. A home is not just an actual physical place, but a place where you feel safe, loved, comfort, and with your family, while a house is a building which you live in. Everyone deserves the respect of having a home.
