What Home Means to Me

My home means a lot to me because it's where I do everything with my family but we need a home. Also, home is more than a house. It could be your school. Home is a place filled with happiness, love, laughter, and warmth. Home is also more than a building to me: It can just be about being with family and friends. I know how it feels to not have a home because I'm looking for a home. But I can trust my friends to help. Some may ask how I feel at home? You see, I feel comfortable and cozy. In my family we care and love for one another at the dinner table. My mom makes the best food in the world. That's one of the reasons we love her. Also, we play games like snakes and ladders, chess, and legos. As you can see, a home is more than a building to me. It can just be about being with family and friends. Home is a place filled with happiness, love, laughter, warmth, etc. So I don’t care if I win/lose. Here at Habitat for Humanity, all that matters most is that everyone has a home.
