Dancing in the Rain

A house is a building with four sides and a roof. It creates the structure for my home. My home holds my most important memories. It is a place of love - where I spend time with loved ones and feel loved. It is a community of friends and family - where I feel at peace, safe and where laughter never ends. It is the root of my heart - where I feel snug and where I get a hug. It is an environment that always welcomes me - where I can be myself. So a house is a place that keeps the rain out - but a home is a place where you learn to dance in the rain. I am grateful, as I know a home is something not everybody has. Thank you to Habitat for humanity for giving people around the world houses where they can build homes.
