What Home Means to Me

Home is not just a place where I sleep at night but, A place where I go to see my family and friend A place where I have people who get me and love me A place where I give hugs and get Hugs I love my home my beautiful home My home is big, beautiful, and bright My family’s home is my home too My home may be different than yours But it’s my home and I love my home My home is a place, I can eat, sleep, and play I can feel loved and cared for I can be with my family I can feel warm and loved My home is special to me because I grew up in this home I cried in this home I laughed in this home I learned in my home You should love your home because Its special in different ways It's always apart of you Its connected to your heart The poem I wrote is for you, Me, my family I love my home my beautiful home My home is so special to me I love my home my safe home
