What Home Means to Me
When I enter my house, after a long day of school, I smell the delicious smell of my mom’s famous home-cooked Biryani. It reminds me of my homeland, Pakistan. It doesn't matter where home is located; it matters if it makes you feel secure.
A home is a place where I feel safe, happy, and calm. It's also a place where parties and occasions are made with laughter and love that is being shared.
It is not just a shelter; it’s a place where memories are made and arguments fade. A house has many hooks that have many good-looking masterpieces. When I look at a picture of my family and I, it reminds me that many smiling faces were made, and I can hear the echoes of the stories that were shared. It's a place for anyone to live. The walls of a house keep the storm of frightness away and cozy blankets around yourself with a fresh cup of steaming hot chocolate. When I hug my parents it reminds me I'm lucky to have such loving parents and a shelter where belongings are stuffed.
Whenever I come home from vacation, it reminds me there is no more loving place than home. It’s also a place to learn and know the bad and good stuff from elders.
Home has many holes for you to build.
