Home is a place where we are safe and protected, Where we feel cared for and selected. It’s where we can pursue our dreams, Yet where we’re also taught to achieve. Home is where we feel no denial or doubt, Where there is no rejection or repulse. It’s where we feel inspired and motivated, It’s where we feel welcomed and appreciated. Home is where freedom is found, Where there is long lasting liberty, Where there is no judgment or discrimination. It’s where we feel proud when we reach the destination. Home is where we share the laughter of family and friends, It’s where we feel peace and content, Where love and devotion spread, It’s where our roots of culture and traditions grow. Home is where we find trust and forgiveness, It’s where we overcome our fears. Where our wounds heal, While it's also where we shed our tears. Home is the same place where our memories are held, Where we are resurrected and revived, It follows us in our hearts wherever we go, Home is one of the most fluorescent stars.
