My Meaning of Home A home is more than just a house, it is a place where you feel loved and valued. I love coming home and hearing my dogs barking because it means they are happy to see me. On chilly winter nights my family and I watch movies and drink hot cocoa. The time we spend together is fun. If home were touch it would be the feel of my dog’s fur as they jump up on me and try to lick me. If home were taste it would be the taste of freshly made homemade chocolate chip cookies. If home were sight it would be seeing family all together, especially at gatherings. If home were smell it would be smell of baking cookies that mom and I made together. Written by Sophia Dyck
