Home is Where the Heart Is
A house is a house but a house is not a home.
A house has four walls with a big tall roof,
but a home is somewhere where you eat chicken soup.
In a house there are tables and chairs,
but in a home there are families that care.
When they built our house there were rafters,
but when we are home all we hear is laughter!
While we celebrate our holidays and fairs
we wonder what is out there?
At night we can build potato lamps,
but not if we are sad and damp.
Thank you habitat for humanity for everything you do.
I truly really love you.
