The difference between a house and a home

One afternoon at school, a teacher was teaching her students something really different. The difference between a house and a home. “What's the difference between a house and a home?” said the teacher. “Aren't they the same?” everyone said. “It's not” said the teacher. She couldn't believe that no one knew the difference. She divided the class in two and said: “This is group number one” and pointed to one side of the room. “And, this is group two” she said while pointing to the other side. She gave the two groups a piece of paper which was divided in two. On one side of the paper said HOME and on the other said HOUSE. The teacher said ”You need to write the difference between a house and a home”. Ten minutes later both of the groups were ready to present the differences that they wrote. The first group explained “the difference that we found is that a house is a structure and a home is more like a feeling”. Another person from the other group said “The difference that we found is that in a home there's love and memories and in a house there's not”. ”Good job” said the teacher. Without knowing, that class would change so many lives. Every time someone asked one of her students “How often do you go home?” they always answered the same thing, “Every night”.
