Home is not just a building. Not just the bricks, the walls or the windows. Home is a place where I am warm and safe. Where I feel loved and protected. Home is a place where we don’t need to be scared or hide. Where we can share our feelings with each other. Home is a place where everyone cares about everyone, no matter what we look like or how we act. Home is a place where I feel like I belong. Where I know my family loves me. Home is a place where we can laugh with each other instead of at each other. Home is a place where we can have fun and where we’re happy to spend time together. Home is a place where we can play all day long and even if we fight, we know that we still love each other. I love my home and I know it will always be there for me.
