Meaning of Home - What Home Means To Me

Home is not four walls, it is a feeling that is like no other; it feels safe and happy. Home is a place to feel all peoples feelings like hope or joy it is a place to feel silly or mad. It is a place where I have dinner with my mom every night . It is a place where I feel like I can just be myself and that I feel I can do anything. And that is something really special. Home is the place that has all of my memories, even those I have moved a few times. Those memories will stay with me forever because it is not the house, home is a feeling and a place at the same time. Whenever I feel these feelings I am reminded of those memories. My house at the moment may not be anything special but thanks to habitat for humanity me and my mom will be able to live in an affordable house. But I think wherever we go we will still have each other. Home is a place where I can feel comfort and peace. It is a place where anyone can shut the world out and just do what they want to do or be what they want to be. I think that it is a great place to carry on traditions like if it is having movie night every Friday or anything really. A home is a place where you can stay warm in the winter and be protected from war or natural disasters. That is why I think every person deserves a home. Home is the place that I look forward to going home at the end of my long school days. Even more when I have a bad day. I think I can speak for everyone when I say that .
