My Home
Home to me means peace. It’s where you have heat, feel safe and you can sleep at home. At home you can read a book, draw, listen to music or watch a film. The best thing to do at home is to go for a walk in the park with your parents. I love my home and my parents.
I live with my mother and my friend. She is from Rivne. We met at the airport when I arrived in Canada. She has a mother, and an older sister. She has a grandmother, a dog, grandfather and father in Ukraine.
Home is where you see that I am cheerful, happy, calm, positive, and kind. Home is a great place where you can spend time with your family.
When I'm at home, in my room, I sometimes hear sounds of a flute bird song, snow, rain, and many other sounds.
When we light a candle at home, I really like the smell, and I even like the smell of new news papers on my table! I also like the smell of new flowers.
Home is my happy place.
