Home is a place I can go.

Home is a place I can go when I’m sad. My family will make me happy instead of feeling bad. I can sleep there, eat there, and play with my siblings. In the winter we play in the snow until it's time to go and in the summer we will play and splash in our pool all day to stay cool. Home is a place I can go to snuggle up on the couch in the living room next to a warm fire with the smell of hot chocolate and fresh cookies in the air while watching our favorite movie. In the morning we go downstairs to see my mom making cinnamon buns. Once she is all done, we enjoy a nice breakfast at the table. They taste so good and make me want to have more! Home is a place I can go and be myself and express my emotion in my own way. If I am mad my family gives me space and if I need a hug they hug very tight . In the night when I say goodnight we all say “Goodnight night don't let the bed bugs bite!” Home is a place I can go and feel safe and accepted to be whoever I want to be and anyone can be whoever they want to be where everyone loves each other. Home is a place where I can go and plant flowers and watch them grow and in the winter when they go we make ginger bread instead in the spring we plant them again and watch them become beautiful .
