The Meaning of Home

One of the reasons I like my home is because I really like all of the holidays me and my family celebrate. One of my favorite holidays is Christmas because I get to spend time with my family. On Christmas Eve my house is kind of chaotic because my mom is setting up all the food with help from me and my siblings. I also like that one of our family traditions is that we all watch polar express and eat. At around nine or ten me and my brother go to bed and say goodnight to our family. That is one of the reasons I like my house. My favorite part of my home is that I feel safe and loved. One of the reasons I feel safe in my home is that my dog barks at anyone when they come home, even me and my family. I also feel safe because the windows and the doors can lock. One of the reasons I feel loved is because sometimes on the weekends me and my parents watch a movie. I also feel loved by my dogs because when I get home they (jag and java) will meet me at the top of the stairs wagging their tail, jag (the sleepy one) meets me at the door wagging her tail too. That is why I feel safe and loved. I like my home because I have everything I need. I have a lot of clothes and they're all really comfy and I really like the way they look. I also enjoy my home because I have a roof over my head and delicious food That my mom makes and clean water. I also have loving parents,siblings and pets. I love that I get good internet access. I love that I have all of the toys and outdoors stuff like bubbles,chalk,trampoline,skipping ropes and so much more and drawing stuff like paint,pencil crayons and paper. Another thing that makes my home a home are my two dogs. The reason my dogs make my home a home is because life would be so different without having two big danes (great danes) around our house. It’s really nice having two danes (great danes) around our house because when someone in my house is cutting food like tomatoes,cucumbers or anything else she will be waiting to get some but it makes me sad when she can't have any. I like having danes (great danes) around because when I'm sad I can snuggle with them and talk to them. I also like when I go to sleep I will bring my dog Jag to bed with me and my brother and sometimes Java (my other dog) will come get up with me and Jag.
