Home
My home. My home is filled with bright colours and aromas of food on the stove. I have tall 9 foot walls that shield me from the outside world. My backyard allows me to enjoy the outside, while still feeling safe and sheltered. I also am fortunate enough to have a trampoline, so in the summer, when my brother and Iwant to have fun, we can jump on the trampoline until dusk.
Home can be anything that makes you feel relaxed, content, and with anyone that makes you feel safe. For me, the meaning of home is being safe and healthy but also being happy and around my peers, family,my neighbourhood friends and my soccer team.
I am thankful that my home also has my own room for me to read, watch movies and reset. I am thankful to have a home with people, utilities, and overall safety that make me feel comfortable and more content than I could ever be.
