Home is a Family
Home is a family. Home is a warm safe place to cuddle up in a blanket with your family, under a big blanket at night reading stories.
Home is a family. Home is a hot cocoa with squishy marshmallows melting on my tongue on
Christmas Eve Well. We sing Christmas carols by the warm fire lifting Christmas spirits.
Home is a family. Home is crickets chirping on a quiet night while watching bats fly by glowing stars, with a crescent moon making me hungry for a croissant.
Home is a family. Home with big smiles on our faces while watching a funny movie on the couch with yummy treats on my lips, giving me a feeling like I'm going to give a giant hug. Feeling the warm arms around me makes me feel loved.
Home is a family. Home is a mint candle sent up my nose like a peppermint in my mouth. The green, red, white, colour is giving me a jolly Christmas spirit.
Home is a family. Home that feels like planting a tree in my backyard. It feels like the soft seed on my hand with little ruffles on my hand and seeing it grow gives me a feeling like I'm helping the world every second.
Home is a family. Home is helping someone in need by giving them one or two dollars or a snack to eat on a cold winter day or a cold drink on a hot summer day.
Home is a family. Home is petting a dog or a cat or a pet that you see. You can give them a treat or a kiss on the head to make them feel loved too because that's what home is to me.
