House vs Home

A house is a building that is made by strangers with tools and machines. A home is made by a family and pets and people that love you very, very much. A house is just a roof, floors, bedrooms, bathroom, living rooms and a kitchen. A home is safe where you can be yourself and express your feelings and be who you want to be. A house is where you smell grass and you feel the brick from your walls. A home is where you smell homemade food and feel the soft fur of your pets. I am so thankful that Habitat for Humanity is giving families the amazing opportunity to turn a house into a home.
