My Safe Refuge

"What is home?" You may ask. "Oh, yes," I reply, "home is a flask Of love, of joy, of laughter, of peace, Of you doing your homework with ease. "Whatever, wherever, your precious place will be, Mansion, bungalow, plain or sea. Townhouse, condo, valley, mountain, You can flee to your own refreshing fountain. "Your sweet home will always be a hill, Of lift-ups, of "Congrats!", of happy fills. Your safe refuge will always be a foundation, Of family, of friends, even your education. "But you must face severities, the hardships in life, Such as stingy retorts, anger, and also strife. Your pains, your tears, all these trials Will prepare you for your future's vials. "Do not waste your home quickly. Hold to it thoughtfully. You have only one life - Spend it wisely."
