Home can be many things

Home for me isn't all about a roof, walls, beams and floors. It’s not even just a place with food or a warm place to sleep and wrap yourself in blankets and watch tv! For me, my home is people: my mom, sister , grandparents , aunt, pets and friends. My home is about laughter, happiness and excitement. I have two cats even though they can’t talk or do human things like we can. They have feelings. Cats can feel when you're sad, happy or angry. My cats are like real humans. My cat fluffy likes to cuddle and watch TV. I know it sounds crazy but that's just my family. They make me happy when I'm sad. I get excited when I can come home from school and see them play and feed them. My mom makes home fun! We cook, watch movies, laugh my mom makes everything fun and I mean everything. And my sister we like to gossip about stuff. I find my sister to be an inspiration. My sister makes me feel happy and comfortable. and now my grandparents, my grandpa and grandma.Me and my grandma like to bake cake and all sorts of different things. I also like to help her clean even though I don't clean. My own house it's fun to clean with her and my grandpa. We like to cook but not boring stuff like fancy meals. And my aunt we like to go on car rides to the beach boardwalk. Sometimes we just drive around for fun and on the plus side I get to get out the house so i guess it's a win win. My friends are very important to me. It's like when I can't tell something to my mom or sister. They are always there for me and listen. I think it's very impotent to have people that make you feel safe and comfortable. That's why I think of them as a safe environment to share feelings and emotions and I think that's why we care for each other so much. In conclusion, like Wendy Wunde said, "the magical thing about home is that it feels good to leave and it feels even better to come back".
