What Home Means To Me By Anna Budhram. Home is a very important place to me. This essay will cover how my home gives me comfort , how I’ve made memories in it. And why family is important to me. I feel safe when I’m at home. Do you like your home? Some memories are going to my cottage where I got a souvenir that reminds me of that trip. Another memory is throwing a party in my home and having a lot of fun and crashing in my comfy bed . Going to Myrtle Beach with my family every year and staying at the same hotel. We went so much it felt like a second home but it will never compare to my real home. I look forward to returning home. The memories I made in my home were worth every second. My home makes me feel comfortable. The support I get from my family makes me feel comfortable like when I have to get a needle they try to make me feel good about it. I feel loved around friends and family . An example of that is my birthday. My family and friends pitch in to make me feel loved. I also feel protected around them like when someone is mean to me they stand up for me or if I am hurt they will make sure im ok. My family likes watching movies together like Lilo said ‘’ ohana means family and family means nobody gets left behind. Have you ever moved houses because I haven't. I have lived with my family in that house my whole life. My family makes me feel protected. An example of that is if I was scared of anything they would protect me. My family also lets me show my true self. I have been around them so I know I won't be judged. My family helps me learn new things. An example of that is If I mess something up I will know not to know that next time. Do you love your family? My home means the world to me! I have enjoyed the memories that I have made at my home. I can't wait for all the new memories in my home. I can't wait for the new adventures with my family. Don't you think my home is an amazing place to live?
