Home Is A Magical Place

When I think of my home it represents my family, traditions, feeling safe and love. I love coming home from a long day at school and seeing my home, it's good to be back. I look around and I see my brother and my sister. My Nanna greets me as I walk in. I see the old couch. The couch has been with me from when I was young to old. It still stands. I can hear my brother chasing my sister around the couch, my sister screaming and my brother laughing. Then my Nanna tells my brother to stop, then she comes over to me after my brother stops and says ''Do you want anything?” I say “No thank you" and I go back up the stairs. It sounds like home. I go to the kitchen and I see my Nanna making pineapple muffins. They are extremely good and warm. I hear Nana called us down for dinner. We have Spaghetti. It tastes really good! It tastes like home. In my room is my favourite stuffy. Its name is Bunny and it’s pink. It is the most special thing in the world when I hold it tightly. It makes my day. When I'm cold I can go down stairs and go on the couch. There is a maroon fluffy blanket. I cuddle up and now I'm cozy warm. It feels like home. As I enter my home I smell my Nanna cooking in the Kitchen. Then I smell the candle burning, it smells so good. I go in the kitchen, I look in the pantry, I smell the food, it smells like coconuts and fresh cooked beans. It smells like home. This is my home using all my 5 senses! It is my favourite place to be!
