What home means to me
My house is where I live. My house is where I sleep. My house is where I play. But my home is different. My home is all of that and much more.
My home is my community. The environment that surrounds me. My home is where I do what I love doing. Home is the trees in the perimeter of my yard. Home is where the best memories are made. The ones that can’t be forgotten.
Home is where I love to be. The place that fills my heart with warmth and joy. The place where I feel comfortable.
The place where I can be myself. Home is the family and friends that support me. My dreams. My ideas. Home is where I can enjoy myself. Where I feel loved.
Home is where I feel like I belong. Home is where I talk to my friends. Home is my classroom. My neighborhood. My thoughts. Home is the campfire crackling in the moonlight. Home is the forest surrounding my house.
Home is the adventure that life is. Home is my imagination. Home is the people I trust. The people I love. Home is the history of my province. The history of my country. The history of my family. Home is what I learn In school.
Home is the games I play. The writing pieces I create. The food I eat. Home is the lights in town. The highway we drive on. The signs on the street. Home is where the sun shines bright. Where the grass is always green.
Home is everything I love.
Home is more than a house or building. Home is what you make it. It is anything you want it to be. As long as you value it.
