Meaning of Home

A house is a place that you will see, but a home is a place that people must be. Houses may have stuff, but a home is full of love. It's also so much more than what's above. Home is where you have a family that will give you a hug and a kiss. That's what a home means to me but there's so much more that you should see. At home you should feel safe. At home you should let your feelings out. At home you should make memories. You're safe there. Home is a strong word. So strong it will never break. Going places, seeing things, memories to make. The meaning of home can be a comfort zone. A place to live with our families and pets and enjoy with friends. A place to build memories. A place where we can truly just be ourselves. Home is a place where you can have love forever. Home is a place where you have a nest. Home is where you can lay down and take a rest. Homelessness is sad because it's where you don't have a home. We can help the homeless by giving them a home. Habitat for humanity is helping those in need. Like one seed can make a tree Home's not merely four square walls with pictures hung along the walls. Home is where affection calls Filled with love and hope and beauty Home Isn't a roof and a room, Home is where the heart can bloom. What is home with no-one to meet No-one to welcome, no-one to greet? Home is sweet, When there's one we love. When we eat and spend time together Having lots of fun.
