It's a Wonderful Noun
Home is a noun,
It should make no one frown.
Home is a place,
It can take up any space!
Home can be people,
Your family makes you gleeful!
Home is a thing,
In your eyes it can be anything!
But not all have home,
Some are left to roam.
To me, this is insanity,
But now we have Habitat For Humanity!
With assistance,
They’ll say “good riddance!”
To having no place to go,
They make the houses grow!
They give all a piece,
Of this thing called peace.
And by me writing,
I know I'm fighting,
For safe homes for one and all,
We’ll make the homes so tall!
Little is much,
It’s the golden touch.
This problem they fix is like a stone in my shoe,
They make safe homes for me and for you!
