I mean, I guess I do live in a basement, but- oOh hey there, I see your reading this, enjoy!... I've been in a house before (my parents have never owned one before) but I'm fine living in a basement..! I have been able to stay at many of my family's homes and this is a bit about it. I'm going to talk about my grandma's house! My grandma's house is in a country you’ve probably never heard of! It's Honduras! I won't give you her exact address because that would be irresponsible of me. Her house is not that big, it's just 3 rooms with an upstairs full of bats and rats. It's also really cold upstairs, your butt might fall off! The backyard is huge! My aunt built her house on it, so now it's 2 houses on 1 single property. My aunt has a bigger house with a hammock area, a little tree, and 4 big rooms (including a bathroom). Even the geckos love it there! There is also a horse stable in the backyard, separated by a few bushes and fences. It's right next to the chicken coop! I know all of that wouldn't be possible here in Canada because of the weather. My grandma’s house has no door and the windows are steel fences on the wall. In Canada, it would also be expensive to have horses and chickens because barns and chicken coops are expensive and they cannot be left outside in the winter. Unless of course, you bring your 49 chickens and 3 huge horses inside of your home, they could chill on the couches, then it would work! But I doubt somebody would do that. Now let's stop talking about flightless birds, and strong muscular fast donkey things, and talk about the meaning of home. My grandma's house means so much to me because it's simply amazing. The key is to make the house simple. In my grandma’s house, there are three rooms and one tv and a small couch that fits two people. The kitchen is outside and it is surrounded by tall fences and a steel roof. Nothing fancy and I love it. The home I live in is in Canada, Ontario. I live in my uncle's house in the basement. My house is unique since the basement isn't the size of a flea, but it's the size of a decent place for somebody to live in. There is a living room, 2 rooms, a bathroom and a laundry room, and a kitchen too! The kitchen is medium-sized, my room is a bit big for my age, but since my little cousin came and shares the room with me, my room became small. I really wish we had one more room! Near the front door of my home, there is a storage room. There are baby toys, a bed, a desk, and a pair of led lights, that's my home! Honduras is my favourite place to be in the summer, because it's warm there, and I have a lot of families there, including my grandparents from both sides! It's paradise over there! The food there is tasty, especially Rambutans (lychees). They taste very good. There are also lots of coconut trees, palm trees, water melons, and more! Honduras has really good beaches, forests, jungles, and more. It's also home to one of the biggest coral reefs in the world. The picture below shows the city of Tela and its beaches. I swam in those salty waters once! Ahh, refreshing! In Honduras, I also spend my time at my uncle's farm. I milked cows, cut huge grass, and made hay for the cows! It was fun! Now I'm writing about my other grandma's house. So my other grandma's house is in a bigger city, called San Pedro Sula, in Honduras. She has a small backyard, barely big. It looks like the average American basementEw, it doesn't look good, does it? That's how small the backyard is. The inside of the house is pretty average. It has tall walls, a living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. I didn't like staying there because it just isn't fun. The backyard sucks because it is so small and it's in the city so if I go outside to play in the front I could get run over, Back to Canada! In canada my other uncle (the one i don't live with) has a pretty big house it's bigger than average but it isn't a mansion either, the backyard is big, he has one of those *fill me with water for epic fun in the water!” pools, it's not bad, not bad at all, he has a small playground in the backyard, he has a small motorcycle that my dad bought and left there, he also has a garage in the backyard, and a storage box in the backyard, he also has a porch which separates the green grassy area from the hard rocky area, the hard rocky area is just used to put bikes or pets there, because i don't think you want dog poop on your clean green grass and second reason that the pets stay on the rocky area is cause it's just easier to clean the poo.. so the pets stay on the rocky area, The front yard is pretty big, he also has a really cool tree that blossoms in march april and may, it's very cool, the tree goes pink white green and then white and then it stays green until next year, the garage is 1 car size it's full of storage and tools, some useless tools, it also has lights and stuff, the garage has a door that needs a password to be opened. That house is a hide-n-seek playground! The backyard is also home to rabbits. My uncle once said, “let the rabbits get big and fat and then.. BAM BOOM BADA BANG dinner is served..” if I scare the bunnies away, welp I'm grounded for 3 hours. Sheesh, my uncle really wants that rabbit foot. 1 essay is 10 bucks, right? Well, this one should be 50 bucks!! Its 1046 words long
