My Home, My Happiness

I'm happy already with a house, but a home is better. I am a piece of it, and so are my pets and family. It's warm and happy when I am not. I can feel safe. Anywhere can feel like a home, including somewhere, not so great. It's where I have memories, and fun and where I feel most alive. My home is a place where I can be free. Happy. A feeling of people in a home that is happy. A home can be anywhere at all. It’s a happy place, though it cannot be just that. It is not only a place but also a happy thought or memory that will make your day. It's special. If it’s not, it’s not a home, but a house. A home must be in the heart. Always it shall stay there. You stay and cherish the happiness of it all, your family, your love, your years. It's never empty, it is a friend. It's no matter of how good it is, everyone deserves a home in a peaceful place to love their family and enjoy life not alone on the streets, desperate for food. That's why I write, to try and help them. They make me realize that I'm lucky to be holding this pencil, in a happy community. It's what I wish everyone could have. As a community we must make them feel at home.
