The Meaning of Home

Homes are something, in a time in your life, which you will not forget. I have two homes. My parents are divorced so I have to go back and forth. I'm ok with it, it's just not that fun. My mum said she wanted to do her art somewhere else. For a bit we were living in a small apartment, but we eventually moved to a house. I was excited to move because my room was filled with ladybugs. I know it might sound weird, but it's true. Let me tell you it was not fun. I had to sleep on the couch. Sometimes I'm with my dad and sometimes I'm with my mum. I really like having two houses except I have to walk three minutes to go to school from my mum’s house, and I only have to walk one minute to go to school from my dad’s house. I have the biggest room in my mum’s house. Even if you change where you live, your home stays with you because your fun memories stay with you.
