Home

Home is where I feel safe. It is not where I pace and pace. Home is where I always feel happy. Though sometimes I don’t like being sappy. In my home I feel secure, And when I’m sick, we find a cure. In my heart I have loads of friends, And in my home I write with my pens. In my home my family is caring, My family is also very loving. In my home there is my family, And I don’t like it if we treat it carelessly. I like my home because it’s cozy, Even if my family can be very nosy. In my home I can feel daring, But I can also be very understanding. In my home I can feel sleepy. But It can be such a pity, If I start to get sad, Worried and bad, bad, bad. But those who do not have a home, Do not despair! For the Lord will come! For those who are poor, Do not worry, because the Lord will bring you back forever more. In my home there’s a place where I eat, And when I play the piano there’s a beat. My home is trustworthy and reliable, But beware! For it is also very capable. Home doesn’t have to be in your house, For it can even be next to a mouse! Even if the owls hoot and hoot, Home will always be there for you. Home is not a place but a feeling, And it’s in my heart no matter what’s happening. In my home I like to think, My home is nice and it’s not where I sink.
