What is a Home?

A house is a square with a triangle on top. There are window squares and a rectangle front door. Let's open it up...it is full of love, comfort, and warmth. The house is built on a foundation that keeps it from sinking into the ground. It's always open to friends, family, and extended family. We want them to feel welcome, safe, and like it is their own home. The roof of my house is to keep all my stuff safe, protected, dry, and to keep thieves out. It would be cold and the snow would come in if I didn't have a roof. A house is not just an ordinary place for protection. It provides even more than just protection. It welcomes people you know and love.
