Home

The difference between a house and a home is this: a home is where you live and a house is a structure that you live in. A home can be in an apartment building, a care home, or even the country you live in. Wherever you live with your family is your home. But a house is just a structure with a pointy roof. My home is special because it keeps me safe and warm. I feel really cozy because I have my own room and my own special bed and blanket. I also feel safe when I have my most special stuffie with me. I got it when I was only 2 weeks old. I have a cozy corner in my room where I like to read and write and draw. In that corner I have a bean bag and a few blankets to keep me warm and cozy and my favorite books. Everyone deserves a safe home, a warm shelter, and a special place that is just their own!
