The qualities of my home

Home - a place where you can relax after a stressful day, a room where you can do what you love doing without anyone judging you. It’s somewhere where you feel safe and protected from hurtful things and strong dangers outside. It’s where you have a cozy place to sleep, a kitchen to cook healthy and delicious food and where you have a family to comfort you when you're having a bad day. Some people know what this joy and security feels like, but there are still a lot more people that don’t have a safe and sturdy place to relax and spend time with their family. This is why HFH (Habitat for Humanity) is helping those people in need of a home. If you really think about it, home is where you grew up your whole life. A place where you create memories with your family, friends and more. My own special memories are when we got our Nintendo Switch for Christmas, or when my cousins visited our house for the first time. All those special knickknacks that you have in your home make it YOUR home. Your family is yet another thing that without them, would make your home a bit lonely. Most people move a lot to find the right home that makes them the most comfortable. I myself have moved, but only once. Sometimes during my breaks, I can realize how beautiful my home is. To smell the flowers and plants inside, to see all the effort and care me and my family put into this house, the sound of birds chirping outside. - Always cherish the moments you have at home because someday those moments will come to an end.
