Home isn’t a specific address or road, it doesn't matter where it is, as long as you're happy inside. It doesn't matter who you're with, as long as they love you, and you love them. Your home is where your heart is, if it’s big or small. As long as your love is swirling around the house, or cave, or street, or wherever you may be, it is a home. For both you and me. I used to think home was a house. With mom, dad, siblings. But now I can see, a home is so much more than just 4 walls. No, in fact, it can be whatever, wherever, and whenever you desire! With the people you love and cherish. With a pet or a companion of any sort! When you feel that warmth inside, you know that you are home. If you move to a new building, it doesn't matter what’s on the address plate, it matters what’s on the inside. How do you feel about this new place? Maybe it could be a home. Words for home, wonderful, lovely, fabulous, delightful, nice, glorious, fun, happy, and most of all, safe. A home must be safe. Home is family. A place for families to connect and be together. Wherever the home may be. Tall people, short people, big, small, families come in all shapes and sizes, just like homes. In a way families are like homes. They are safe, they protect you, and keep you heated and happy. So I believe that the true meaning of home isn’t one phrase. It can be many, many things. Like, a doghouse, for example.
