Home

Home is a safe environment. Home to me is my country, my community, and my surroundings. I was not born in Winnipeg. I was born in Saskatchewan. That was my home... until we moved to Winnipeg. I grew up here in Winnipeg, but Saskatchewan will always be my home. A home should be in a safe place in a safe area. It should be comfortable and suiting for the people who need one. When I see people without a home, I want to help them. I want to give them $1000 or more so they can buy a house and more. But I can't do that.... Yet. Home is your happy place. It should be filled with things that make you happy. It is not how big or small the home is, it is about if it's good enough to keep you alive. Home is a place where you can be anything. Old homes have memories and new homes make memories. Home is where the heart is, and my heart is in Canada.
