The Birds and Their Homes

Homes, what’s the meaning of them? I mean I know that they're there for you live in them. But what’s the thing you want to feel when you come into your home? Jack and Layla just moved into their new home They need some help to figure out the true meaning of their home. They need to spend time with the house, get to know it. Jack and Layla look around, BIRDS! said Jack, look do you see them? Yes, I do. Follow them. They run through a huge field. They stop and look, where did they go? They look around. I guess we should go home, said Layla. They walk back to the house and go inside. The next day the birds are back, but this time they are buzzing all around. Layla and Jack thought they were almost trying to tell them something but what? Birds landed on Jack and Layla, then they took off. Follow them. They run through the same field they ran through the other day. This time they didn’t lose sight of the birds. This time they ran and watched. They're running as fast as they can. Finally the birds stop. Layla and jack stop too. They all stop right there and in front of Layla and Jack was a huge tree with a door. There were little lights hanging. It was like a birds only club. Suddenly the big door bursts open. Animals of all sorts came trotting out. Holy cannoli, what is that, yelled Jack. I don’t know, said Layla. The birds started dancing up and down. They flew right onto a raccoon and a beaver. Hello there, said Layla. The raccoon jumped up on her and pushed her to the ground. She started laughing and the raccoon started laughing too. They all stopped . They all stared at the racoon. You can talk, said Jack and Layla. Of course I can talk, said the raccoon. I know how to talk but animals aren’t supposed to talk. It’s unnatural, said Jack. Just as the racoon was going to answer they heard a beautiful hum and that’s when it went dark. Everything went dark. Layla and Jack opened their eyes to find themselves in their beds. One second they saw a magical tree and another second they were in their beds.
