The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home is everything to me. It is where we stay and pray We understand that the home is where we play To be in touch with who we love, within those walls, security is sparked and the flame of family is lit. Like the fires that burn from love Like the houses that share the same fate With the fires comes the smoke that flows in the air Not everyone is safe out there my home is where everyone is sheltered But I know that others don't share the same fate With the chaos outside, some people still don't feel safe This world is cursed, nothing ever goes as planned. but with these poems we can help people understand That it is everyone's work to led a hand That's why we write these poems God will help the ones in need spiritually and those on earth can work to physically create, the meaning of home.
