My Meaning of Home

Have you ever thought home was just a roof with a few walls? A few decorations and really short halls? I'm starting to look at the many details in my home. There's so many deeper meanings and I'm about to tell you my meaning of home! Home is such a safe cozy place and means family, but I also see all the other details in my home. There is a different feeling when I'm inside home. I feel so safe and cozy. My house smells like fish when my mom and dad cook. Home is my happiness and it feels like love. I can hear music coming from my mom and dad's room and my brother getting mad at his video games. Home is a place I would rather be than anywhere else. Everyone understands me at home. Home won't always be a perfect cozy place. Sometimes I have my ups and downs at home. Sometimes I might get in trouble for doing something. And sometimes I might fight with my siblings. Family completes my home. Home is what makes my joy, and gives me so much happiness. My home does not have to be big or small, because home is the happiest place I know. I have learned simple things and simple tasks in my home. All my memories are kept in my home when I started to grow and say my first words. Home is where I belong. I hope one day, everyone has a home. No one deserves to be on the streets. That is what home means to me.
