The Poor Deserve a Home!

The Poor Deserve a Home! Everyone deserves a home. Not just people who can afford homes, the people who cannot afford a home need one. So we should build homes for them because they deserve a home with a roof and memories, instead of sitting out in the rain, snow, heat or cold. They should be inside so they can get dry, cool, or warm; and be safe from getting sick from the harsh weather. The people who need a home need a place to sleep, eat, work, or play without going on the road and having to watch out for cars every second of their lives or watch out for animals. The poor need homes right now as you’re reading this story. We must do a bit different thing than the Earth Rangers. As well as saving the earth, we should save the poor from getting sick and having kids that do not know what homes are like. Imagine not having a home or a shelter to live under like the poor. Imagine not having anything except clothes, some food and nothing to bathe in. The poor have a challenging time making a shelter, feeding themselves and working for people. So let us make one thing easier for them, and that is giving them a shelter. The poor will have a shelter that will let them bathe in, play in, and work in. No one's house is the best, not even the rich ones. My house is white, and green with two stories but that is not much, all it has are lots of memories. A home is better than no home. A home is not just four walls with a roof or a shelter. Well yes, it’s like that, but a house is to make memories. If you have moved a couple times or more, you have made more memories than what people have that have not moved at all because they have not seen what is different about a new house compared to their old house. Homes make memories and make you have fun. Homes have something special and those are memories. Memories of your first steps, first words, birthdays, Christmas, and spending time with your family. That's why we should make the poor a home.
