What home means to me

A home is where you stay, and a house is where you move to. My home is the world to me and if we make more homes we will make more worlds. A home is where you make memories, your first steps and your first words. If we make more homes, we will make a community one home at a time. A home is a roof that stops the storm, and a house is a box that fills up with water from the storm. In your home you are un-judged. A home is where you sleep, and a house is where you lay. A house is like an iceberg and a home is like a glacier, an iceberg slowly melts away and floats away, and a home is a glacier that does not melt and does not float away. At a home you chill but at a house you are always doing stuff like fixing stuff. A home is a caring and loving place to live. In a home you feel safe. A home you can express yourself and not feel judged or shamed. When you buy a house your new to others in the area and they may judge you because of differences but after a while they get used to you. A home is a place you can spend time with your family and make good memories. You can also spend times with your friends and pets. A place to play games and get good rest in a very warm and comfy bed. A place to build forts with friends and family for fun.
