There’s no place like home

There’s no place like home, Where you never feel alone There’s no other place That makes me feel oh so safe My home may not be the fanciest And it definitely isn’t the biggest But all my memories are there So no mansion can compare When I relax next to the warm fireplace with my family, I feel so safe and so happy. Eating some popcorn on the nice fluffy couch, Covered in a layer of a warm fuzzy blanket Like a cake with a layer of frosting. According to the oxford dictionary, Home is the place where one lives permanently Not only is it a place we live It is where we find love. A house is just a bunch of bricks and walls And although in reality this is true, It’s really about what we went through. All the memories that I have made in my home, Are amazing and special. To have a house is a good thing, To have a home is a blessing. Because there’s no place like home.
