What is a home?

What is a home? By Reegan Why are homes so important? Well, a home is a place to show and receive kindness. Without those two small details, a home would just be a building. It doesn't matter how large or how small a house is, as long as there’s affection -it’s home. While houses can have huge sturdy doors, you will always feel safe and more comfortable with family and friends. A home provides protection, and a place to wait out storms. While a house may seem special it will be far more special once it becomes a home. Everyone has their own definition of home, and those definitions can be very different from others. Affection is shown differently between homes, while some peoples’ homes are calm and peaceful while others are loud with yelling, despite that, the people in these homes still love each other. No matter how strange or different a home might seem, it’s still a home with four walls, a roof, and a whole lot of love.
